“Where Warriors Reside”

The Winsim GFF Club stands tall as a symbol of determination, endurance, and triumph. Known for its no-excuses attitude and relentless training culture, this club has become a proving ground for warriors who don’t just train hard—they train with purpose.

Leading the charge is Simon Ndung’u, famously known as Kasisi, or “the man of the cloth.” But if you think the nickname means soft-spoken or reserved, think again. Kasisi is built different. We first encountered him at our inaugural GFF fitness contest hosted at Kenya Agricultural Research Institute (KARI) in Njoro.

At the time, he had recently undergone ORIF (Open Reduction and Internal Fixation)—a major surgery where doctors realign and fix broken bones with metal plates and screws, often after serious fractures. His was the result of an encounter with a raging bull, but that didn’t stop him. Not only did he show up, he competed—and left a mark.

At Winsim, GFF is more than a routine – it’s a movement.

Since then, he has become a symbol of what the Global Fast Fit stands for: grit in the face of adversity, strength born from struggle, and the kind of quiet leadership that inspires everyone in the room to push harder. This is a club where warriors are forged.
