Riverside Primary School Sponsorships
The Riverside Global Fast Fit (GFF) Club was founded as a mentorship program for thirteen boys, united by the goal of improving their lives through fitness and discipline. What began as a small circle of peers working out together has grown into a vibrant movement of over 30 committed members, all dedicated to spreading the fitness gospel across Nyandarua County.
Rooted in brotherhood, consistency, and purpose, Riverside GFF is more than just a fitness group—it’s a youth-led force for positive change. The club members regularly train using the Global Fast Fit regimen and act as community role models, promoting healthy living in schools, churches, and public events. Their influence continues to ripple through the county, inspiring many to embrace wellness and resilience.
Race Highlights The event kicked off with a 1 km CEO race, where company representatives competed. GFF Kenya’s team manager, James Muchiri, dominated this race, taking an early lead alongside a Major General from Kenya Defense University and a manager from Blue Line Security. In the final 100 meters, James unleashed a signature GFF sprint finish, securing first place and leaving his competitors behind.
