Menengai crater hike was done on 23rd November 2024. The hike lasted 5 hours to cover a distance of 14 kms. The hike was done by the club members of Egerton club. The weather conditions are very hot and the terrain is steep with rocky trails making navigation quite slow. The views are panoramic with the surrounding forest and mountains quite breathtaking.
