Egerton University
We have had a total of 2 GFF events held in Egerton university. The first event was held on 3rd February 2024. It ran from 9 AM to 4 PM. We had a total of 44 participants with 26 of them being men and 18 women. We did the GFF standard modified routine and the best guy got a GFF time of 2:11 while the best lady got a GFF time of 3:12. Kelvin’s record was broken.
The second event was held on 16th September 2024. For the first time, live display system was successfully tested. The event attracted a total of 90 participants performing GFF standard and modified exclusively for ladies unable to do standard pushups. Magnus Marlan(a rugby player) emerged best overall with a score of 1 minute and 3 seconds. Susan Namalwa topped the ladies with a score of 1 minute 15 seconds.
