Kabarak University
The Global Fast Fit team in Kenya held an event on 22nd March 2024. The event was held at Kabarak University main campus, from 9 AM to 7 PM. We registered 106, screened 100 and had 72 people actually do the contest. 51 men and 21 ladies.
Anita, who is now our mascot, attempted to do the GFF standard routine for the first time and did 30 push ups, 30 squats, 30 leg lifts and a 0.25 km run in 2:29 minutes.We had a rugby team member participate in the challenge. Maxwell Atems did the challenge and attained a time of 2:28 minutes.
He asked for feedback from the team about his performance and was informed that he needed to work on his form while doing the exercise. He asked to attempt the challenge again at the end of the event and did the challenge for a second time in 2:39 seconds with better form. He held the world record for GFF standard.
