Egerton Run for Mau
The 10th annual Run for Mau was held on March 1, 2025, at Egerton University’s main sports field.
Eburu Forest Hike
The event was held on 1st February 2025 by the Winsim club. A total of 26 hikers from the GFF Kenya team and the Winsim club in Njoro took up the challenging hike.
Menengai Hike
Menengai crater hike was done on 23rd November 2024. The hike lasted 5 hours to cover a distance of 14 kms.
Ol-kalou National Scrabble Championship
The event took place on 9th November 2024 in Ol-kalou, 818 hotel.
Mt. Longonot Hike
The event took place on Saturday 5th October 2024. The whole GFF team from Kenya set out to conquer the Longonot trail.
Renovation of Lisam Junior
Lisam academy is where GFF’s mascot Anita studies. The project commenced on 20th August 2024, fully sponsored by John Groom.
County Assembly of Nyandarua Fitness Talk
The event took place on 8th July 2024 in Ol-kalou county assembly, nyandarua county.

The event took place on 5th July 2024 in Ol-kalou arboretum. All gff members were present.

The Riverside Global Fast Fit (GFF) Club was founded as a mentorship program for thirteen boys
Renovation of Winsim Gym
Winsim is owned by Simon Mucheru, a fitness trainer based in Njoro. Simon is also the manager of GFF Winsim club.
Kabarak University
The Global Fast Fit team in Kenya held an event on 22nd March 2024.
Egerton University
We have had a total of 2 GFF events held in Egerton university. The first event was held on 3rd February 2024.
